Good to know

• Please complete your chart in the app before ordering - your order is matched to the preview you approved.
• Each print is made to order and ships in roughly 1-2 weeks.
• Made to order - not eligible for return, but if anything arrives damaged we'll replace it.
  
• Your photos stay private. They're deleted automatically two hours after you upload them unless you save your chart (kept 7 days so you can finish later) or place an order; ordered files are kept for 90 days so we can reprint if needed, then they are deleted. We never share them.
